Adriana Stosio-Koelbl

Adriana Stosio-Koelbl, currently serving as the Head of Global Marketing for Consumer Health at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since October 2025, brings extensive experience in marketing and brand management across various leading pharmaceutical and consumer health companies. Previously, Adriana served as a member of the Leadership Team for NExT Non Executives of Tomorrow from August 2024 to September 2025. At Bayer, as Director of Marketing for Global Digestive Health from January 2021 to September 2025, Adriana revitalized brand strategies that led to a significant sales increase. Prior to that, as Managing Director for Consumer Health UK at Mundipharma from January 2019 to December 2020, Adriana launched a new consumer health business and successfully introduced a product in the women's health segment. Adriana's earlier roles at Johnson & Johnson, Schwarzkopf & Henkel, and Procter & Gamble involved driving strategic initiatives and achieving substantial growth in brand performance. Adriana holds a Master's degree in International Political & Economical Relations from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and has pursued further study in Non-Executive Boards for Leaders.
