Bhagat Ram currently holds the position of Lead Operation Excellence at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since November 2022. Prior to this role, Bhagat Ram accumulated extensive experience at Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, serving in various capacities including General Manager of New Projects, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager, all focused on project portfolio management, business development, and in-licensing from June 2012 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Manager of Project Management at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, specializing in project management and strategic sourcing from June 2010 to June 2012, and completing a summer internship at Abbott in 2009, where the focus was on the new product launch process. Bhagat Ram holds an MBA in Pharmaceuticals from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the Delhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research.
