Pankaj Phatak

Pankaj Phatak is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Director and Group HR Head for Central Functions in Global Manufacturing Operations at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since July 2003. Pankaj has held various pivotal roles, including Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Performance Enablement, as well as Head of HR across multiple regions, including the CIS countries, Romania, and South Africa, demonstrating strong leadership in managing HR functions for diverse markets and over 6,500 associates. Prior to Dr. Reddy's, Pankaj worked in oncology sales and management at Cipla and other companies, complementing an educational background with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
