Rachel Hodges

Rachel Hodges is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Director of Operations at Amyris from May 2022 to January 2024. Rachel’s professional journey includes significant roles such as District Sales Manager at ADP, Business Operations Manager at Legacy Landscaping Services LLC, and District Manager at ADP. Rachel also served as Executive Assistant at Coppermine Dental Studio and completed an active duty tenure in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included Debrief Analyst and Integrated Avionics Systems Journeyman. Rachel holds an MBA in Operations Management, Financial Management, and Market-Based Management from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science-Biochemistry from the University of Arizona's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
