Franziska Brunner

Franziska Brunner is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory affairs within the food industry. Currently serving as a Corporate QA Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Dr. Schär since August 2019, Franziska previously held roles in product development at Loacker and completed an internship focused on beverage compounds at Iprona AG/SPA. Earlier experience includes quality assurance in a chemical-technical laboratory at FORST AG and a nutrition marketing internship at Dr. Schär, where significant research on dietary impacts was conducted. Franziska holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Food Technology and Nutrition from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Vienna, along with an exchange semester in Food Science at National Pingtung University of Science & Technology.
