Matteo Ugolotti is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and fine dining. Currently serving as the Owner of Ristorante L' Ambasciata-Quistello since September 2020, Matteo also holds the position of Executive Chef at Dr Smood Group since February 2019. Previous roles include Chef-Patron at Restaurant Parma & Pasta and Restaurant Ai Due Platani, as well as Executive Chef at the 2-star Michelin Restaurant Ambasciata and Chef de Partie at the 1-star Michelin Restaurant Parizzi. Matteo's culinary education includes a teaching role at ALMA International School of Italian Cuisine from March 2011 to March 2013, alongside foundational experience as Commis de Cuisine at Restaurant Parma Rotta. Matteo holds a High School Diploma from High School "Camillo Rondani."
