Dustin Borge

Dustin Borge has had a varied career, beginning with a Brand Representative role at Pacific Sunwear in 2008. Dustin then moved to Ross Stores, Inc. in 2010, where they held the roles of Store Protection Specialist and Frontend Supervisor. In 2013, they began working at Wells Fargo as an Intern, and later that year, they joined BNY Mellon as an Account Analyst. In 2016, they left BNY Mellon to join Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, as a Senior Margin Analyst. Most recently, in 2022, they became Manager of Financial Analytics at Dr. Squatch. Throughout their career, Dustin has demonstrated an understanding of systems and interdependencies of processes, identified and implemented new initiatives to improve efficiency, and performed detail analysis of compensation data and payments.

Dustin Borge obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from the University of Central Florida in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Valencia College in 2011. Dustin also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Verizon, obtained in January 2021, and a CFA Level I from the CFA Institute, obtained in June 2017.
