Nayanika Sharma

Senior Manager, Consumer Insights & Product Strategy at Dr. Squatch Soap Co.

Nayanika Sharma has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 as a Consultant for READ Global, where they worked on sustainable enterprises in India. In 2017, they worked as an Operations Strategy Consultant for Dr. Bronner's, a Graduate Research Assistant for California College of the Arts, and a Product Management Intern for Snagajob, where they conducted user interviews and surveys, led workshops, and designed micro pilots to test solutions. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Customer Experience Strategy Manager and Service Design Lead for NSTO, and currently serves as a Consumer Insights Manager for Dr. Squatch.

Nayanika Sharma completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Design Strategy from California College of the Arts in 2018. Prior to that, they participated in an Educational Exchange program at Politecnico di Milano, Interdisciplinary Design. Nayanika also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology. Her secondary education was completed at The Shri Ram School Aravali, where they obtained their Indian School Certificate in Humanities.
