Theo Lee is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in product strategy and finance. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Product Strategy at Dr. Squatch since November 2022, Theo has advanced through various strategic roles within the company. Prior to this, Theo co-founded KPOP Foods in January 2017, successfully launching and growing a Korean food startup that garnered attention on Kickstarter and was acquired in 2021. Earlier career experiences include financial management positions at Divy Inc. and OneWest Bank, as well as a leadership development role at U.S. Bank. Theo holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
