Angel Crespo is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in major infrastructure projects. Currently leading the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel Expansion Project at Dragados USA, Inc. since February 2020, Angel has previously managed significant projects at North Perimeter Contractors, LLC., and Dragados USA, Inc., along with serving as a General Consultant at INGIOPSA Ingeniería S.L. and Project Manager at ISOLUX CORSAN. Angel holds a degree in Ingeniero de Caminos Canales y Puertos from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an Executive MBA in Construction Management from EOI- Escuela de Negocios.
