David Parker

David Parker has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction services industry. David served as the Senior Vice President and head of sales for Fluor Enterprises, Inc.'s North America Infrastructure business segment. During their time at Fluor, David played a crucial role in securing several significant transportation projects, including the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge SAS, Denver Eagle P3, Arizona's South Mountain Freeway, and the LAX Automated People Mover.
