Lawrence Vincent

Captain Vincent currently serves as Chief of Staff, Personnel Vetting Transformation Office within the Office of Undersecretary for Intelligence. Previously, Captain Vincent worked Russian Engagements for the Chief of Naval Operations, served as the Operations Center Director for all Naval Forces in Europe and Africa in addition to Central Command in the Middle East. He was Assistant Chief of Staff for the Commander Naval Forces Europe and Naval Forces Africa, Commodore and Deputy Commodore for the Helicopter Sea Combat Wing and Deputy, Strategic Effect Division for the Joint Chiefs of Staff within the Department of Defence. Vincent’s awards include four Defense Meritorious Service Medals, three Navy Commendation Medals, three Navy Achievement Medals, and various unit and campaign ribbons.
