Ian Kelsall

Ian Kelsall currently serves as Business Development Manager for Respiratory Protective Equipment at Dräger since May 2023, focusing on the development of RPE business in Southern UK and collaborating with health and safety professionals. Prior to Dräger, Ian held various roles at 3M from 2007 to 2023, including Business Development Manager for 3M™ Novec™ Fluids in the UK and for Fire Suppression across Northern Europe, where key contributions involved engaging with engineers and key users in specific vertical markets. Ian's career also includes experience as a Senior Technical Service Engineer in the Personal Safety Division at 3M, managing product approvals and customer feedback. Earlier work at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Patent Analyst contributed to a well-rounded professional background. Ian holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Chemistry from the University of Portsmouth, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
