Jhankhana Gyani

Jhankhana Gyani has a strong background in quality management and organizational excellence. jhankhana started their career as a Design & Quality Engineer at Siemens Healthcare in 1989. After a decade with Siemens, they became the Chief Consultant at GYAN Quality Consultants in 1999. In 2004, they joined Patni computer systems Ltd. as a Process Manager, where they stayed until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, Jhankhana worked at iGATE as a Sr.Manager-Organisational Excellence. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Quality at Draeger, which they started in 2013.

Jhankhana Gyani completed their MHRDM degree in HR management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 1999 to 2001. jhankhana also pursued an Electrical Engineering degree from S.B.M.P in Mumbai. Additionally, they obtained a B.A. in Sociology from Bombay University. Jhankhana Gyani also achieved a Diploma in Software Engineering from Apple computers.
