Rafael Zuaznábar

Rafael Zuaznábar has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rafael started their career as an Ingeniero para proyecto Fondef at Universidad de Valparaíso in 2010. Later, they worked as an Especialista de Productos at Hemisur S.A. from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, they joined ADInstruments as a Sales Engineer, responsible for sales and strategic planning across South America.

In 2013, Rafael joined Dräger as an Application Specialist Monitoring&IT, where they focused on market development and integration projects within the monitoring and information technologies field. Rafael also took on the role of Business Manager, Neonatal Care and Monitoring & IT Systems in 2014 before transitioning to the role of Business Manager OR, Monitoring & IT in 2015.

From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Regional Solution Manager Monitoring Systems & IT at Dräger, supporting subsidiaries and partners in product and solution management and marketing activities.

Their most recent role at Dräger is Sr. Product Manager - Patient Monitoring Business Unit, where they manage a complex product line, develops product roadmaps and business plans, and leads product training for field teams.

Rafael Zuaznábar attended Universidad de Valparaíso from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Civil Biomédico. Their field of study focused on Administration, Medical Technologies, and Research. In addition, they have acquired various certifications in areas such as Generative AI for Product Managers, Strategic Thinking, Neuroscience of Strategy and Creative Leadership, Executive Presence, and Product Management from LinkedIn and Pragmatic Institute. Rafael also has certifications in Project Management and Technology for Product Managers from LinkedIn.
