Richard Sparkes MBA CEng has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Richard began their career as a Design Engineer at Electrolux, where they were responsible for designing various consumer products. Richard then moved to Husqvarna as a Project Engineer, where they worked from 2006 to 2013. Following that, Richard joined Thorn Lighting as a Programme Manager, overseeing the development and industrialization of new products.
