Stacye Ibanez

Stacye Ibanez, RN, BSN, MBAHA, currently serves as a Sales Executive in Neonatal Care at Dräger, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Stacye was the Clinical Team Manager at Masimo from June 2021 to July 2025, where responsibilities included fostering a high-performance culture and employee development within the medical device sector. Between February 2010 and July 2021, Stacye held two key roles at Atrium Health, starting as Director of Outreach and New Business Development for the Pediatric Team, achieving a dramatic revenue increase, and previously as a Neonatal/Pediatric Flight Nurse, specializing in the safe transportation of vulnerable patients. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University, and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Saint Mary's Nursing School.
