Younes Souini

Younes Souini is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Dräger since January 2020, Younes drives financial performance, manages statutory reporting, and oversees credit control and cash flow processes. Previously, as Finance Director at KONE, Younes enhanced finance policies and managed the annual budget while developing a team of finance professionals. Younes has also held various roles at Schneider Electric, including Senior Performance Measurement Controller and Chief Finance Officer, where substantial revenue growth and significant operational improvements were achieved. Younes holds a Master’s degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Francois Rabelais University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from International Higher Management School.
