Borys Rybachuk

Borys Rybachuk has a diverse work experience in various companies. Borys currently serves as an Investment Director at Dragon Capital, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate Private Equity at Dragon Capital from July 2016 to February 2021.

Borys also held the position of Deputy CEO at KMZ Industries starting from November 2017.

Before joining KMZ Industries, Borys was the Head of Workout Team at Unicredit Leasing from January 2013 to June 2016. At OTP Bank, they briefly served as the Chief Expert for Workout Large Corporate clients from September 2012 to December 2012.

Borys gained valuable experience at Bank Forum Commerzbank Group, where they held the positions of Team Head Intensive Care Corporates from December 2010 to August 2012, and Senior Expert Intensive Care Corporates from December 2009 to November 2010. Borys'sresponsibilities included comprehensive analysis, negotiations, and restructuring strategies for clients.

Earlier in their career, Borys worked at LLC Raiffeisen Leasing Aval as the Head of Risk Analysis from May 2008 to November 2009, and as a Risk Analyst from July 2007 to April 2008.

Borys'sprofessional journey began at Bears Food Ingredients, where they served as an Investment Manager from September 2006 to June 2007, focusing on financial planning, analysis, and investment projects.

Borys Rybachuk obtained a Master's degree in finance from Kyiv National Economics University, specializing in Financial Management, from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they have a certification in Organizational Analysis from Coursera, which was obtained in 2012.
