Jerry Guo

Jerry (Yuhang) Guo is a Principal at Dragoneer Investment Group, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jerry was involved in Private Equity and Growth Equity at TPG from September 2016 to January 2020, focusing on Internet & Digital Media and Business Services. Earlier experience includes serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore, specializing in Tech Mergers & Acquisitions from June 2014 to June 2016, and summer analyst roles at Goldman Sachs and The D. E. Shaw Group in 2013 and 2012, respectively. Jerry holds dual degrees in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School, both earned in 2014.
