Austin McIlwain

Austin Mcilwain has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2015, they served as a Military Intelligence Officer in the Army National Guard. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as an Investment Research Associate at CAPTRUST. In 2021, they joined Triangle Insights Group, LLC as a Strategy Consultant. Austin then moved on to Compass Surgical Partners in 2022, where they served as a Director of Strategy & Business Development until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Dragonfly Pond Works.

Austin Mcilwain has a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from Clemson University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
