Patrick Kirby

Patrick Kirby currently serves as the Executive Director of Toxicology at Dragonfly Therapeutics, Inc. since September 2019. Previously held positions include Senior Director of Toxicology at Skyhawk Therapeutics and Senior Principal Scientist in Toxicology at Sanofi. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked as an Associate Director at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and as a Toxicologist at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Patrick began their professional journey as a Staff Scientist at NIEHS, following a Research Assistant role at Harvard School of Public Health. Academic credentials include a PhD in Genetics from La Trobe University, an MBA in Service Management from North Carolina State University, a Post-doc in nonviral gene therapy from Stanford University, and a BS in Zoology from the University of New Hampshire.
