Mar Gené Bustins has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Mar started their career in 2005 as an Auxiliar de producción at Grupo Mediapro. Mar then worked in the human resources department at FARGA GROUP and later served as an Administrativa/Controller at Grupo Boomerang TV. In 2007, they joined Veranda televisión as a Productora and later became the Project Manager/Directora de producción. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Playground Barcelona, first as a Coordinador de equipo and then as the Head of Project Manager. In 2020, they briefly worked at NEP Group, Inc. in the administration and human resources department. Currently, Mar is employed at Dragons Group as the Operations & Commercial Finance Manager, and they were recently promoted to the role of Director of Operations in February 2022.
Mar Gené Bustins completed a Master's degree in Dirección de Recursos humanos at the Universitat de Barcelona from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Postrado de Dirección empresarial, specializing in Administración y gestión de empresas, general, at UPF-IDEC from 2012 to 2013. Mar obtained a degree in Comunicación Audiovisual, specializing in Cinematografía y producción de cine y vídeo, from Universitat Ramon Llull between 2007 and 2009. Their earliest education was a degree in Relaciones laborales from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, completed from 2002 to 2005.
