Jessica Cortapasso

Jessica Cortapasso serves as the Senior Director of People & Talent Operations at Dragos, Inc. since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica held various senior leadership positions at Digital Remedy from April 2016 to July 2025, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of People, where responsibilities encompassed scaling corporate growth, managing a diverse workforce across multiple states, and advising on HR matters related to business initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at Tiffany & Co. as a Benefits Analyst and at The Week as a Human Resources Project Coordinator, among others. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Muhlenberg College.
