Alex Crowl

Alex Crowl currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at Drake University, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Alex worked as the Assistant Director of Compliance at Pepperdine University, where responsibilities included drafting violations, interpreting institutional policy, and managing NCAA applications. Additional experience includes a position as a Compliance Analyst at Mutual of Omaha, where Alex focused on compliance reports and insurance legislation, as well as internships at Creighton University and Iowa State University, where Alex developed skills in NCAA compliance, roster management, and departmental audits. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Iowa State University.
