Sheila Grebert

Sheila Grebert has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Claim Operations: Learning and Development at Principal Financial Group since August 2001, where leadership of a training team supports four business units. Additionally, Sheila has been an Adjunct Professor at Drake University since August 2015, teaching courses in the Master of Science in Leadership Development Program. Previous roles include positions as Senior Training and Development Analyst, Instructional Designer, and Training and Development Coordinator. Sheila's academic credentials include a Doctorate in Education and Leadership and multiple Master's degrees from Drake University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Central College.
