Currently serving as a Pilot of Identified Flying Object and Deputy Detachment Commander at Draken US since January 2017, E. "Carlos" Howard specializes in supporting USAF and Navy operations through adversary and close air support missions. As the Founder of Squadron Ethos, E. "Carlos" Howard translates military aviation principles into effective brand strategies for the civilian market. E. "Carlos" Howard's prior experience includes over two decades of service as a Military Officer and Enlisted Member in the United States Marine Corps. E.
