Sydney Grullon-Matos is an accomplished programs manager and editor with extensive experience in community engagement, project coordination, and media publication. At the Dramatists Guild Foundation, Sydney oversees various program initiatives, manages communications with participants and partners, and aids in the development of grant applications. As co-creator and editor-in-chief of Screen Speck, an online media publication, Sydney nurtures emerging critics from underrepresented communities. Previous roles include production assistant at the University of Central Florida, where Sydney managed broadcast talent for live shows, and financial aid advisor at the Los Angeles Film School, providing expertise on student financial aid.
