Lucy Dighton

Lucy Dighton is the Director of Operations at Draper Esprit. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Oxford Capital where they were responsible for all areas of Finance and Operations, including HR, IT, Product Development, Facilities and Legal. Lucy was also a member of the Management and Leadership Committees which had overall responsibility for Business Strategy and execution.

Lucy has over 15 years of experience in financial and operational management. Lucy is a highly skilled leader with a proven track record in driving growth and profitability. Lucy is passionate about developing people and teams and has a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Lucy Dighton completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Oxford in physiology. Lucy then went on to complete a Master of Arts in physiology at the same school.
