Joshua Padwa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Joshua currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Drata starting from 2021. In 2022, they joined Smart Green Solar as a Strategic Advisor. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Associate at Revenue Collective from 2020.

From 2020 to 2023, Joshua held the position of Vice President, Strategy + Partnerships at Thinklytics, where they focused on sales, strategy, and data consulting, helping organizations leverage data to drive success through partnerships.

Earlier in their career, they worked as the Director Strategic Relationships at SIGMA Data Insights from 2019 to 2020, assisting businesses in making data-driven decisions and developing go-to-market strategies.

Prior to that, Joshua served as the Channel Manager and later as the Director of Sales at SquadLocker from 2017 to 2019, overseeing the growth and management of sales teams. Joshua also worked as the Director of Strategy and Director of Corporate Ventures at Alliance Security from 2016 to 2017.

Joshua started their career as an Account Executive at Upserve in 2014 and as an Account Manager + Sales Intern SMB at Gartner from 2012 to 2013.

Joshua also served as the Deputy Clerk to the House Committee on Finance at the State of Rhode Island from 2012 to 2013, showcasing their experience in government roles.

Joshua Padwa completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Rhode Island in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Moses Brown School up until 2009. Joshua then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration in Strategic Innovation from the University of Rhode Island in 2016.
