Vadym Vorobiov

Vadym Vorobiov is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and developing innovative solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Drawer AI since February 2024, Vadym previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Surprise.com from March 2021 to February 2024. At Solve.Care Foundation, Vadym achieved significant growth in the engineering organization and successfully launched products for Tier-1 clients in the HealthTech sector. With a rich background at HHS Technology Group, Vadym progressed through various technical roles, ultimately driving the development of Health Insurance Exchange solutions. Early career experience includes key engineering positions at Aspen Technology Labs and UENS. Vadym holds a Specialist degree in Cybernetics from Kherson National Technical University, completed in 2004.
