Ruby leads on searches within PE backed & high growth Technology & Tech-Enabled businesses. Recently Ruby has undertaken multiple searches on behalf of our clients to maximise the opportunity that digitisation presents to their businesses across a variety of different sectors from both the B2B and B2C environments.

She has lived & worked outside of the UK for over 3 years, throughout the dot.com and technology bubble era & has conducted board level assignments throughout Europe, Australia and the US. Ruby leads on diversity within leadership across the company and has been both an early adopter and instrumental in introducing Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In initiative to the UK.

Outside work, and when family life permits, Ruby can be found enjoying the great outdoors, diving or skiing.
