Toby joins Drax with nearly 20 years of experience spent in both recruitment and business consulting solutions, delivering to clients across the investment banking and wider financial services industries. During this time, he specialized in senior technology and change management hires, working across front-office trading environments and responding to impactful regulatory mandates.

Toby is now part of the Business Services division within Drax and will continue to drive activity across the established portfolio of clients in this space.
