Nighat Bashir

Nighat Bashir has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering and transformation. Nighat has held various senior roles in different organizations. Nighat'smost recent position was as the Head of HR Business Partnering (Interim) at Drax Group, where they played a key role in managing HR operations. Prior to that, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Drax Group, focusing on transformation and corporate affairs. Nighat also worked as a Senior People Partner (Transformation) at StepChange Debt Charity, where they supported organizational change initiatives. Nighat has also held senior positions at Leeds Building Society, Asda, Child Maintenance Options, Santander UK Corporate & Commercial, Bradford & Bingley, CPP Group plc, and IBM, specializing in HR management.
