Mohamed Abdi Mohamed

Mohamed Abdi Mohamed is an experienced professional currently serving as the CCCM Country Coordinator at the Danish Refugee Council since May 2023, focusing on the rollout of the CCCM/SMC strategy in Somalia and ensuring integration across various sectors. Previously, Mohamed held the role of CCCM Manager at the Danish Refugee Council, where responsibilities included stakeholder representation and coordination of integrated responses. With a strong background at World Vision, Mohamed served as Project Manager for the UPG project and as Project Officer for Disaster Risk Reduction, effectively overseeing project implementation and logistics. Prior experiences include roles at the Danish Refugee Council, World Vision, and TDH, demonstrating expertise in project planning, management, and protection strategies. Mohamed holds a Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
