Nana Søndergaard Heltberg

Nana Søndergaard Heltberg is an experienced professional specializing in program and partnership advisory roles, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and business engagement. Currently serving as a Programme and Partnership Advisor at the Danish Refugee Council since April 2019, Nana also contributes as an SDG Advisor and Policy Advocate. Previous roles include Global Advisor for Donor Relations at DanChurchAid, and External Relations Officer at UNHCR in Rwanda, where responsibilities included policy advocacy and developing sustainable development partnerships. With additional experience in project management, strategic consulting, and research across various esteemed organizations including the United Nations, Nana holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School and has further academic credentials from the University of Copenhagen.
