Philip Luong has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2013, they began working as a Senior Retail & Bar Manager at Aqui Cal-Mex, where they were tasked with creating fine dining food using the flavors of the Southwest, Asia, California, and Latin America. In 2018, they began working at Techtronic Industries - TTI as a Field Sales and Marketing Rep, helping to accelerate the transformation of the home improvement, repair, maintenance, construction, and infrastructure industries. Currently, Philip is working as a Sales Development Representative at DrChrono, where they are responsible for managing inbound leads from multiple lead generation channels and qualifying prospects for sales executive. During their time at DrChrono, Philip has been recognized for their performance, receiving the 2021 Sales Development Rep of the Year, President’s Club Recipient, and Q3 & Q4 SDR of the Quarter awards, as well as consistently performing in the top 3 of the SDR team in monthly/quarterly KPI metrics. In 2021, they were also a top performer for opportunities created/presented out of 15 reps. Additionally, Philip has been awarded Q1, Q2, and Q3 SDR of the Quarter awards in 2022.
Philip Luong obtained an Associate's degree in Kinesiology from De Anza College, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Science from San Jose State University. Philip also holds certifications from Lynda.com, including Finance Essentials for Small Business, LinkedIn Profiles for Social Business Success, Time Management Fundamentals, and Improving Your Focus, all obtained in 2017.
