IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager, who will be the point of main contact for all IT operations.​​You will have the opportunity for hands-on experience in managing end-to-end IT operations, including servers, networks, firewalls, and systems, as well as providing necessary software and hardware support to end-users.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware and software
• Providing end-user support for hardware, applications, tools, and systems
• Configuring, maintaining, and upgrading IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls
• Managing IT requirements in the onboarding and offboarding process
• Managing IT assets through their lifecycle from acquisition to disposal
• Following new technologies and integrating them into our company

Requirements

• +5 years of work experience in related fields
• Experience with hardware components such as desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals
• Knowledge of networking, routing, firewalls, and VPNs
• Experience in both macOS and Windows ecosystems
• Passion and interest in games
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
