Keziban Şengül

Keziban Şengül has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Keziban is currently working as a Human Resources Specialist at Dream Games since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Trendyol Group from 2020 to 2022 as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for the recruitment process of the technology department. Keziban also had an internship at Eczacıbaşı Yapı Ürünleri Grubu in 2020, where they worked under the mentorship of the HRBP of the UK, India, UAE, and Russia teams. In 2019, they served as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Metglobal, a Turkish group company with four brands, and in 2018, they had an internship as a Personnel Affairs Intern at Metglobal.

Keziban Şengül completed their undergraduate studies in Political Science and International Relations at Yildiz Technical University from 2015 to 2020. In 2019, they also spent a semester at Latvijas Universitate, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in competency-based interview techniques from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü in November 2019, in selection and placement mistakes and tips from Kariyer.net in October 2019, and in recruitment and interview techniques from İstanbul İşletme Enstitüsü in July 2019.
