Alexandra Screpnechuk has extensive experience in the real estate investment industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Investments at Dream Industrial REIT since January 2018, where responsibilities include advancing portfolio strategy and supporting ESG initiatives. Prior roles at Dream Industrial REIT include Senior Associate and Senior Analyst, focusing on portfolio management, development, and asset management. Earlier experience includes a role as Analyst at Screpco Investment Corp., where investment proposals were analyzed and equity portfolio management supported, as well as an internship at CHANDOS Construction and a position as Operations Administrator at Northview Apartment REIT. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Economics with a Certificate in Business from Queen's University and studied at Lund University School of Economics and Management.
