Andrew Sturno

Andrew Sturno has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as a Principal overseeing the Industrial and Office platforms at The Pauls Corporation since July 2006. In this role, Sturno manages debt and equity investments, leasing, and the Pauls Real Estate Opportunity Funds. Sturno also holds a position at Dream Unlimited as part of the Dream US Industrial Fund since January 2021. Previously, Sturno worked as an Industrial Development Manager at The Staubach Company, where notable achievements included earning the BNSF Achievement Award. Sturno began a career in high-end residential construction as a Principal at Sturno Construction from 1996 to 2001. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Denver and a BA in Advertising from Widener University.
