Erik Olsson

Erik Olsson, CPA, CA, currently serves as Associate Vice President and Corporate Controller at Dream since April 2016, overseeing the public reporting function and collaborating with the ESG and Sustainability team. Erik has held various roles within the Dream Office REIT, including Corporate Controller and Assistant Controller, where responsibilities encompassed managing audits and ensuring timely financial statement production. Earlier experience includes a position as Manager of Financial Reporting at Dream Office REIT and a Senior Corporate Accountant role, coupled with leadership in the not-for-profit sector with Bikechain. Erik began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Staff Accountant, where audit program execution and internal control assessments were key duties. Erik earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Accounting from McMaster University in 2010.
