Tri Ngo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation, total rewards, and HR analytics. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Compensation & Total Rewards at Dream, Tri Ngo also operates as a Compensation & HR Analytics Consultant, providing strategic guidance to public and private sector clients. Previous roles include Co-Founder of Rustle & Still Café, where Tri Ngo played a pivotal role in establishing a successful Vietnamese specialty café in Toronto, and Senior Associate at PwC Canada, leading workforce planning and benchmarking surveys. Additional experience includes consultancy positions at Gallagher McDowall Associates and CIBC, among other organizations. Tri Ngo holds a BA in Specialized Honors in Business Economics from York University.
