Joseph Beattie

Joseph Beattie has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as Chief of Staff, Head of HR at Dream Town Realty. In this position, they oversaw staffing initiatives, administered employee relations, managed benefits administration, and facilitated employee onboarding. Joseph also planned and executed company-wide trips and events. Prior to this role, Joseph served as the Director of HR & Administration at Dream Town Realty, where they were responsible for overseeing administration and HR, supporting the opening of a new office, and implementing initiatives for employee well-being and professional development.

Joseph's career began at Henry Ford Health System as a Medical Records Specialist.

Joseph Beattie obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. Joseph studied Women's Studies and Biopsychology, Cognition, & Neuroscience from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a Be There Certificate from the Born This Way Foundation in March 2022.
