Donna Choi Ellis

Donna Choi Ellis currently serves as the Senior Manager of Recruitment and Selection at DREAM, having joined the organization in May 2023. Prior to this role, Donna spent over a decade at Brooklyn Prospect Charter School, where responsibilities included Head of Student Support Services, IEP Coordinator, Learning Specialist, College Counselor, and various team leadership positions. Earlier experience includes a position as a 9th Grade English Student Teacher in the School District of Philadelphia, a PathWays Fellow at Duke University, and internships at Sesame Workshop and ABC News. Donna Choi Ellis holds an Advanced Certificate in Special Education from Relay Graduate School of Education, a Master of Science in Education in Secondary Education from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, English, and Policy Journalism and Media Studies from Duke University.
