Amir Darvishi

Amir Darvishi is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor and digital design. Currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at DreamBig Semiconductor Inc. since January 2022, Amir previously held the position of SoC Design Engineer at Intel Corporation from June 2016 to January 2022, focusing on storage controller ASIC design and expertise in PCIe and NVMe technologies. With prior roles at PMC-Sierra, eBrisk Video, Novatel Inc., NextWave Broadband, and Citel, Amir has contributed to various projects involving ASIC and FPGA development, including advanced technologies in digital communication and avionics compliance. Amir holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Hardware Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in the same field from Sharif University of Technology, alongside non-credit graduate studies in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
