Brendan Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brendan started their career in 2003 as a FOH Expert/Bartender at Applebees and later worked as a Bartender at McCormick & Schmick's and Spenger's Fresh Fish Grotto. In 2008, they joined MGA Healthcare as a Staffing Supervisor, where they oversaw staffing needs for 15+ hospitals and managed a team. Brendan demonstrated excellent communication skills and managed multiple tasks efficiently. Brendan also worked as a Staffing Supervisor at Nelson Family of Companies in 2011.

In 2013, Brendan joined EF English First as an English Language Teacher and later became a Senior Teacher, educating Chinese students in social studies, math, and science in English. Brendan demonstrated strong teamwork and consistently maintained high standards for the students' success. In 2015, they joined Zhong Fu Hui Kindergarten as an English Teacher, where they educated 3-year-old Chinese students and worked closely with parents.

Since 2016, Brendan has been working at DreamBox Learning as a Senior Customer Support Specialist. Brendan handles data and rostering questions from current and potential customers and facilitates tech and data implementation requirement calls. Brendan oversees multiple initiatives and ensures smooth onboarding with the district IT. Brendan is known for their proactive approach and ability to triage issues effectively.

Brendan Fitzgerald has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Idaho, which they obtained between the years 2000 and 2005. In 2019, they pursued a Master's degree in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching at Antioch University Seattle, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, Brendan has obtained several certifications including an Education certificate from the State of Washington in December 2021, a TEFL Certification 120 hours from the TEFL Institute in December 2012, and a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from Tefl institute in November 2012.
