Brittany Millermon has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Brittany began their career as a Clerk Level GS-3 at Naval Facilities Engineering Command NW in 2009 and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Brittany served as a Salon Manager at Abbinito, LLC. In 2012, they worked as a Leasing Agent at Street Rents before becoming a Lead Freight Broker at ICCI from 2012 to 2013. Brittany then joined Steve Madden as an Account Service Coordinator from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an Amazon Program Manager at Reingold & Associates. Currently, Brittany is working at DreamBox Learning, where they initially served as a Client Experience Coordinator from 2017 to 2018 before being promoted to the role of Client Experience Manager, which they currently hold.

Brittany Millermon completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Oregon University between 2009 and 2013. In addition, they obtained various certifications, including the Foundations of Project Management certification from Coursera | Google in November 2022. Furthermore, they received a Mediation and Conflict Management Certificate from Southern Oregon University in August 2013 and a Management in Human Resources Certificate from the same institution in June 2012.
