Customer Success Manager at DreamBox Learning

Hannah Conley's work experience begins in 2012 with a role as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Uplift Education. Hannah then joined Teach For America in 2017, where they served as a Summer Instructional Coach and Manager of Teacher Leadership Development. In 2018 and 2019, they worked as a School Director for Teach For America.

In 2014, Hannah moved to the Dallas Independent School District, initially as a 6th Grade Language Arts/Reading Teacher, then as an Assistant Principal, and finally as a Coordinator of Strategic Initiatives.

Starting in 2015, they also took on roles at Teaching Trust, first as a Fellow in the Ed Fellows program, and later as a Fellow in the Aspiring Leaders Program. This program focused on leadership development for aspiring school principals.

Most recently, Hannah joined DreamBox Learning in 2021 as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they manage and engages with high-value school district clients, analyzes impact and implementation data to address issues proactively, and monitors key metrics and client health throughout the client journey.

Hannah Conley has a strong educational background in the field of education. Hannah obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education (B.S.Ed) with a specialization in Education and Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington in the years 2008 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Bilingual Education at Southern Methodist University from 2014 to 2015. Continuing their educational journey, Hannah completed a second Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Leadership with Urban School Specialization at Southern Methodist University from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, Hannah has obtained certifications including an EC-6 Generalist certification and a TExES Principal Certification from the Texas Education Agency.
