Hugo Linares has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Hugo began their career in 2005 as an Assistant Basketball and Football Coach at Howard County Public Schools. In 2006, they worked as an E.S.E./Spanish/S.S. Educator at PHILLIPS Programs for Children and Families.

From 2007 to 2011, Hugo served as an Intervention Specialist at White Hat Management, where they coordinated legal documents and performance data to develop individualized solutions for committee goals. Hugo also created monthly reports on benchmark progress and provided accommodations for high-stakes assessments.

In 2011, Hugo joined Charter Schools USA as part of the "Leading Edge Program" Administrative Practicum. During this time, they developed and implemented lesson plans for 7th grade, administered tests and evaluations, and fostered an environment conducive to learning.

Hugo then moved to Palm Beach County School District in 2012, where they held the roles of Dean of Academics-Administrator and later Principal/Campus Director. In these positions, they worked on curriculum planning, budget management, and classroom observations.

Hugo subsequently worked at Boca Prep International School as the Director of Admissions and Marketing in 2013. In this role, they collaborated with IT and media coordinators, attended networking events, and conducted exit surveys to analyze student departures.

From 2013 to 2015, Hugo worked at Wake County Public School System as an Assistant Principal of Technology Magnet Programs & Communications. Hugo'sresponsibilities included assisting with personnel issues, supervising employees, managing student discipline, and creating a safe and respectful environment.

Most recently, Hugo joined DreamBox Learning in 2015. Hugo first served as a Regional Sales Manager, then as a Regional Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success Manager - International Partnerships, where they focus on solving problems through innovative thinking and building successful relationships with international partners.

Hugo Linares has a diverse educational background. Hugo completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) in History at St. Mary's College of Maryland from 2000 to 2005. In 2010, they pursued continuing education in Educational Evaluation and Research at Florida International University. The following year, they continued their education at Florida Atlantic University, focusing on Educational/Instructional Technology.

In 2011, Hugo enrolled in two educational programs simultaneously. Hugo attended Nova Southeastern University, where they completed their Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership from 2011 to 2013. Hugo also engaged in Continuing Education in Educational Psychology at the University of West Florida in 2011.

Hugo Linares actively pursued additional certifications to enhance their qualifications. Hugo obtained the Phase 1 & 4 Common Core certification from the Florida Department of Education in June 2013. In January 2014, they acquired Standard Professional 2 (SP2) Professional Educator's Licenses in Principal/Administrator, Social Studies, and Special Education from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
